King Cut learns your property, monitors changing conditions, and adjusts care throughout the season based on what it actually needs.

That means the focus can change throughout the year. Some weeks may center on mowing and turf growth. Others may require more attention to landscape beds, seasonal cleanup, or protecting the lawn during periods of heat, heavy rain, or stress.
You can always communicate priorities or ask us to focus on something specific. The difference is that you no longer have to constantly decide what should happen next.

That means your monthly payment is not tied to the number of visits, labor hours, or individual services performed during that particular month.
You don’t pay more during labor-intensive months or less when seasonal conditions call for a lighter touch. King Cut manages that month-to-month variability while your payment stays predictable.
Spring may bring rapid growth and property preparation. Summer care may become lighter or shift toward protecting turf and managing landscape beds. Fall cleanups can require some of the most intensive labor of the entire season. Winter is also when we prepare equipment, materials, scheduling, and operations for the year ahead.
The annual program has value as a whole. Equal monthly payments are simply how that annual value is billed.

Once that relationship is established, King Cut can recommend a Yearly Yard Package structure based on the actual needs of your property rather than asking you to choose from a generic menu of services.
Enrollment is limited based on our seasonal capacity, with priority given to existing Yearly Yard Package customers and established King Cut customers.

No. Landscape bed care is an ongoing management program designed to reduce weed pressure over time through prevention, targeted treatment, and seasonal attention. It is not a guarantee that weeds will never appear.

Only services specifically listed in your individual proposal are included in the monthly package. Other services may be quoted separately, with Yearly Yard Package customers receiving priority access to selected services and eligible package savings.

The program is designed for established King Cut customers and enrollment is limited by seasonal capacity. We first want experience caring for the property and working together so we can recommend an appropriate package structure based on actual needs.

Snow removal is offered on a very limited basis and is typically reserved for Yearly Yard Package customers. Additional established customers may occasionally be offered service when route capacity allows. Because we intentionally keep our winter route small, snow removal is not generally open for public signup.
