We clear all driveways, walkways, and sidewalks using professional snow blowers and shovels.

Ice Melt is applied to walkways near entry doors and the apron of the driveway to prevent slips and ice buildup. It is dyed for visibility, more effective than traditional rock salt with melting action down to -25°F, and safer for concrete, vegetation, pets, and children.

(We do not currently use a plow.)

Automatic Visits: Triggered when snow accumulation exceeds 2 inches.

Timing: We service properties overnight between 8 PM – 8 AM, depending on storm timing.

Communication: You’ll receive a text notification before each visit.

Access: Please keep driveways and walkways clear of vehicles or obstacles so we can service all areas safely.

In rare heavy snow events, your property may be cleared multiple times in one night to maintain accessibility. We always do our best to maintain efficiency by waiting until snowfall has ended before visiting your home, but timing may vary depending on conditions.

Each clearing counts as a separate visit, and if a single visit requires extended time on-site due to excessive snowfall, additional labor may be reflected in your final charge. These events typically occur 0–1 times per season.

Per-Visit Pricing: Each visit is billed at your agreed-upon rate and is only subject to adjustment during Excessive Snowfall events.

Monthly Invoicing: Invoices are sent at the end of each month and are due upon receipt.

Excessive Snowfall: If extended time is required during an extreme snow event, additional labor may be reflected in your final charge.

On average, 8 visits per season are expected between December and February, though this varies depending on the weather.

You may cancel future service at any time. Refunds are not provided for completed visits.

All visits are automatically triggered based on snowfall and cannot be skipped or individually requested. By signing up, you agree to the terms set forth, and we are unable to accommodate specific requests to start, stop, or pick and choose visits.

Please note: we do not accept new service requests after the start of the season on December 1st.

We take every precaution to work safely and carefully. However, King Cut Lawn Care is not responsible for pre-existing surface damage, hidden obstacles, or conditions beyond our control (including refreeze, drifting, or ice buildup). We are also not liable for slips, falls, or accidents before, during, or after service completion.
