Seasonal Cleanups
Our seasonal cleanups prepare your property for each transition of the year. In early spring, we remove leftover leaves and winter debris, rake beds, power blow turf areas to clear sticks and acorns, and perform a mow, trim, and edge when conditions allow. In fall, cleanups become progressively more intensive, combining routine turf maintenance with full leaf and debris removal to leave your yard clean and ready for winter.
* Visits are scheduled within appropriate seasonal windows and may occur multiple times as conditions require.

Mowing & Maintenance
Consistent lawn mowing and maintenance performed throughout the growing season, including mowing, string trimming, and edging. Grass height is managed seasonally to promote turf health, and bagging is performed when conditions allow. Service frequency is based on your selected package (weekly, hybrid, or bi-weekly scheduling).
* Mowing frequency may shift during periods of heavy rain or summer heat to protect your lawn and prevent damage.

Weed Prevention & Control
Targeted weed prevention and control designed to reduce weeds in flower beds while supporting long-term bed health. Treatments are applied strategically throughout the season based on conditions, minimizing weed pressure while avoiding unnecessary applications, helping keep beds cleaner and easier to maintain.
* Treatment count and timing depend on your selected package and seasonal conditions.

Pruning & Trimming (Optional Add-On)
Seasonal pruning and trimming service designed to maintain plant health, shape, and appearance. We remove dead or diseased limbs and manage overgrowth on shrubs and ornamental plants. Typically performed once in late spring and once in early fall, timed for plant health and seasonal conditions.
* May be added to your Yearly Yard Package monthly price or billed separately.

Professional services such as fertilization, aeration & overseeding, bed edging & mulching, snow removal, and one-off landscape projects are available upon request and billed separately.

Priority Scheduling

Materials & Waste
Bagging grass clippings, standard seasonal debris removal, and routine weed prevention and control materials are included. Excessive debris, specialty treatments, upgrades, or additional hauling may require separate approval and billing.
Add-On Service Days
To keep pricing competitive and deliver the best value, certain add-on services such as bed edging, aeration, and overseeding are scheduled on coordinated service days for Yearly Yard Package customers. This allows us to purchase materials in bulk and eliminate separate equipment rental fees — savings we pass directly on to you.
Customers may request custom scheduling if needed; however, material costs and equipment fees may apply outside of coordinated service windows.

New Customers — How We Get Started
New to King Cut Lawn Care? We begin most first-year customers on a per-service billing schedule, similar to what you may be used to with other providers. This allows us to learn your property, track service needs, and determine the ideal schedule and scope of work for your yard.
At the end of your first season, we use this information to build a customized Yearly Yard Package designed specifically for your property.
